We provide mental wellbeing workshops, talks and one to one coaching based around stress relief.

Stress and anxiety are a huge cause of mental and physical distress. by equiping people with the tools to deal with stress we improve their wellbeing and productivity in the workplace.

Pick and Mix Stress Relief Workshops

Every organisation and every person is different. So we don’t advocate for just one way to relieve stress and anxiety.

We are experienced in delivering a number of different ways to release stress which are based around mindfulness, meditation, visualisation, breathwork and more.

In our Pic and Mix workshops we deliver at least three different techniques, from multiple disciplines, in each session.

We do this to maximise the chance that each participant will find a technique they gel with.

Because we know in the real world unless it’s easy and enjoyable it’s not going to get used. And stress relief techniques need to be used regularly to work.

Introduction to EFT Tapping

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), or Tapping as it’s known, uses acupressure points to calm the nervous system to relieve stress in the body and mind.

It’s called tapping because you tap on the points with your fingers. Studies have shown tapping on these particular points stimulates the nervous system and lowers cortisol levels.

We teach this as a stand alone worshop as it requires a full session to learn. It’s easy to use and works well taught in small groups of up to 15 where people are willing to share about their relationship with stress.

Tapping works for individuals on their own but peole also benefit from doing it in a group. We recommend booking follow up group sessions with us to encourage participants to use the technique regularly together.

One to One Coaching

These can be booked as a private individual or organisations can book them for individuals in their team.

One to one sessions are perfect for those who wish to go deeper without sharing their issues in a grojup situation.

In these sessions we can deal with whatever is blocking a person’s mental wellbeing. This may extend to stress related physical symptoms too such as high blood pressure, panic attacks and poor sleep.

It does not matter whether the initial trigger was work or home related or whether it’s unknown.

We work by deconditioning the response to what was trigger the unwanted reaction and also teaching tools to help the person be more resilient in the future.

This may involve techniques such as Coaching, hypnotherapy or visualisation, EFT Tapping, Mindfulness and more, at a deeper level than group work.
