Who we are

Rachel Goth is the founder of Practical Mental Fitness. After working in numerous industries, and suffering with poor sleep, gut issues and poor mental health, Rachel became aware of the role of stress and anxiety in how she was feeling.

Through her own journey to find ways to manage her stress and reduce anxiety Rachel became interested in mental wellbeing.

Since then Rachel has qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, EFT Practitioner and Coach. She takes a very practical approach to mental wellbeing and only shares techniques she knows work from personal experience.
