How stress or anxiety may be showing up for you..

Relationship issues: With your colleagues or at home. You may be more irritable than usual, have little patience or even feel angry. Which is negatively effecting your interactions with others.
Inability to Focus: Your concentration is poor. You may find it difficult to make decisions at work or in general life. Your boss or colleagues may have noticed a decline in your performance.
Panic attacks: Suddenly you may find your heart racing, body sweating. You may feel dizzy, pass out or have an urge to run away or get very angry. It may happen in particular situations or it may feel like it’s random and you worry when it will happen next.
Poor sleep: Thoughts, concerns or feelings may be keeping you from drifting off to sleep or waking you up in the middle of the night. Alternatively you may be sleeping more than usual but not feeling refreshed when you wake.
Physical symptoms: High blood pressure, stomach issues, headaches, or aches and pains from tension. You may be getting colds or infections more than usual as your system is rundown.

The symptoms of stress and anxiety are numerous. The good news is once you get to the root of it, and start to defuse the trigger, you can find multiple symptoms dissipate at the same time.

We will work on deconditioning your response to whatever is triggering your symptoms as well as giving you stress relief methods you can use yourself at home.
